I found the staff to be professional. They greeted all guests with genuine smiles and were eager to help. the daily provision of fresh yukatas and towels significantly enhanced my comfort. my room was impeccably tidy upon arrival, a testament to the diligence of the housekeeping team. the hotel's prime location made access to local attractions quite easy.
the air conditioning temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between too cold and too hot. this made maintaining a comfortable room environment challenging. i believe improvements in the ac system would greatly enhance the guest experience.
